Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

UNIAPPLY AI subscriptions renew automatically until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings → Manage Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are subscribing to UNIAPPLY AI PRO for the first time, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only and is limited to one refund per user.

3. Subscription Renewals

Automatic renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. After cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of the current paid period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 7-day period. Please include the email address associated with your account. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Technical Issues

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a refund or credit at our discretion regardless of the 7-day period.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including rights under the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive or other local consumer protection regulations.
